FreeSpeakAI provides an AI-powered video translation service that:

• Transcribes audio from uploaded videos
• Translates the transcribed text to a target language
• Generates natural-sounding AI voice in the target language
• Produces a translated video with the new audio

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Credit System

4.1 How Credits Work

• New users start with 0 credits
• 1 credit translates approximately 1 minute of video
• Credits can be earned by watching advertisements
• Maximum of 10 ad views per day
• Credits expire after 30 days of inactivity

4.2 Earning Credits

• Watch ads to earn 1 credit per view
• Daily limit: 10 credits per day through ad viewing
• We reserve the right to modify credit earning rates

5. Usage Restrictions

5.1 File Limitations

• Maximum file size: 200MB
• Maximum video duration: 5 minutes
• Supported formats: MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, WMV, FLV, WebM

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Upload copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Upload content containing illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Abuse or manipulate the credit system
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying technology
• Resell or redistribute translated videos as a commercial service
• Upload content that violates any laws or regulations

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to your original uploaded videos
• By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process your content
• This license terminates when your content is deleted (within 24 hours)

6.2 Generated Content

• You own the translated videos generated by our Service
• You are responsible for ensuring proper rights to use the original content
• We do not claim ownership of your translations

7. Data Privacy and Security

• All uploaded videos are automatically deleted within 24 hours
• We do not store or share your videos with third parties

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance without prior notice
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• 100% accuracy of translations
• Perfect voice quality or synchronization
